The name of the tournament is Nord Vest Tour - Maurstad Open (Nordfjord).

The tournament is held at Nordfjord Golfklubb on 14 August 2011 from 11:00 to 16:00.

Registration starts the 15 July 2011 at 00:00.
Registration deadline is on the 13 August 2011 at 18:00.

Tournament fee is 200 NOK per players.

The tournament is a individual tournament.

There will be played in 3 groups divided by gender and age.
  • The group with the name "Herrer" is to men, if age is between 20 and 99 year per 31/12/2011.
  • The group with the name "Damer" is to ladies, if age is between 20 and 99 year per 31/12/2011.
  • The group with the name "Junior" is to all players, if age is between 6 and 19 year per 31/12/2011, regardless of gender.


The tournament is an open tournament.

Max. number of players are 50.

The tournament has a waiting list sorted after "first come - first serve" principle.

The tournament has handicap limitations divided by gender.
  • For ladies then handicap not higher than 54.0.
  • For men then handicap not higher than 54.0.


1st round will be played 14 August 2011.

There will be played on the course Nordfjord Golfklubb.

There will be played strokeplay without handicap over 18 holes.

Playing with a maximum handicap allowance of 36.0.

There will be played from different tees used for gender.
  • All ladies must be played from red tee.
  • All men must be played from yellow tee.


Decision if equal score has different settings per group.
  • For the group "Herrer" winner if equal score determined by last 9, last 6, last 3 and last hole.
  • For the group "Damer" winner if equal score determined by last 9, last 6, last 3 and last hole.
  • For the group "Junior" winner if equal score determined by last 9, last 6, last 3 and last hole.


Position is tied in case of equal score.

Tied 1st. place determined by sudden death playoff.

Vi kjør Order of Merit (OoM) der spelarar får poeng basert på plassering, dws 450p for 1.plass, 295p for 2.plass etc. Vi bruke poengtabell anbefalt og brukt av NGF. Minimum 4 turneringar for å vere med i OoM og maks 6 av 8 scores er tellande for OoM. Vi har OoM for kvar klasse.

Alle deltakarane er på same tid med i ein Stableford turnering med full handicap (maks 36), som også skal telle til OoM i 3 klasser. Totalt 6 OoM . Herrar Brutto, Damer Brutto, Junior Brutto, Herrar Stableford, Damer Stableford, Junior Stableford.
